This<br \/>\npolicy covers Personally Identifiable Information (PII) collected or<br \/>\nstored by these mobile applications. Because your privacy is important<br \/>\nto us, we provide you with this notice. By using the mobile applications<br \/>\nwe develop, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Notice.<\/p>\n<h2>Personal Information<\/h2>\n<p>\u201cPersonal Information\u201d means information that we directly associate<br \/>\nwith a specific person or entity.\u00a0 Personal information does not include<br \/>\nde-identified, anonymous or aggregate information which are not<br \/>\nassociated with a specific person or entity.<\/p>\n<h2>Data Collected<\/h2>\n<p>If you install and make use of the applications we develop, Tradex automatically collects and stores the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The date and time of application installation;<\/li>\n<li>The type of mobile device, operating system, version and storage capacity of your mobile device; and<\/li>\n<li>The application functions performed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These data are used to help us diagnose application issues and<br \/>\nimprove application capability, operations and navigation. We do not<br \/>\nshare these data externally.<br \/>\nWe may collect and store incident reports in response to application<br \/>\ncrashes or errors; these reports may include details such as search<br \/>\nterms, stack traces and information about your device and its state.<br \/>\nThis information is used solely to help us improve the application(s).<br \/>\nWe may utilize third party services and servers to collect and store<br \/>\nthis information, at our discretion. Data gathered on our behalf through<br \/>\none of these services may be subject to the privacy policy of the<br \/>\nparticular service.<br \/>\nWe do not collect PII from you unless you provide it to us<br \/>\nvoluntarily and knowingly. If you choose to identify yourself by sending<br \/>\nan email message to us, we will use that information to respond to your<br \/>\nmessage. Tradex does not collect or use information for commercial<br \/>\nmarketing.<br \/>\nIf you choose to use a credit card to donate to or purchase items<br \/>\nfrom the mobile application\u2019s sponsor, you will be directed to the<br \/>\nsponsor\u2019s website. The Tradex mobile application is not part of this<br \/>\ntransactional process and does not monitor or collect any transactional<br \/>\ninformation.<\/p>\n<h2>Data Use<\/h2>\n<p>We limit the use of information provided to us through the mobile application we develop to the following:<\/p>\n<h2>Internal Use:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>If you do not voluntarily identify yourself, we will have no PII<br \/>\nabout you. We will only use the application data listed above to<br \/>\ndiagnose issues and improve the application.<\/li>\n<li>For applications that require login, we may use appropriate platform<br \/>\nservices and best practices to store your credentials on your device.<\/li>\n<li>If you provide PII, we may enter your information into our product database and contact you in order to:\n<ol>\n<li>Notify you of application upgrades and improvements, and\/or<\/li>\n<li>Complete voluntary surveys seeking feedback for quality and service improvement purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>External Use:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Your information is privileged and confidential and will not be<br \/>\nshared or released to any organization or business entity. We may<br \/>\ndisclose part or all of your personal information if we determine, in<br \/>\ngood faith, that the law requires or compels such disclosure.<\/li>\n<li>We may publish aggregated and anonymized reports related to information collected for incident reports.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Changes<\/h2>\n<p>Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce<br \/>\nyour rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent.
